@TheJonBacon @Spectrum @GetSpectrum Did they replace the feeder cable going from the street to your house? I’ve had ISP over sell in areas which causes huge problems unless they upgrade that node. Sometimes we could never get resolution and we just switched providers which corrected the issues.

@GetSpectrum the harassing process of cancelling my internet service because I’m moving and prefer not to transfer is unbelievable. So much so I would not be a customer in the future. Nor would I recommend. I feel like I’m being punished for asking to cancel.

@Ask_Spectrum just informed that I won’t have Wi-Fi for 150 days due to permits. I’m bundled with a cell and streaming service how does this change billing and length of deal? Am I expected to pay for service I don’t have ? Do I still get discounts for cell service?

@Ask_Spectrum I am so sick of your service. First off, I paid my bill but that hasn't made my cable box start working again. So I'm trying to use the Spectrum app and every 5 seconds it pops up asking me "do you want to continue watching spectrum TV?"

@GetSpectrum is an ain’t **** company. And in cities where the ONLY option is these guys presents a troubling aspect in how cable and internet company monopolizes areas where you only have to depend on them. This has to change!

Reps from @GetSpectrum show up in my grandfather’s elderly community, falsely sign docs, give him internet, take away is phone # he’s had for 40+ years. Now he has no phone, no one can contact him and Spectrum can’t help me!
