@GetSpectrum 5th outage in 2 weeks in our neighborhood. Spectrum never disappoints. Sadly at this point, all 50+ houses in my neighborhood don't have any other high speed option. Otherwise spectrum would've lost all customers in the neighborhood. Can't wait to cancel spectrum.

I have had @GetSpectrum for 2 months and have had 10+ outages! Never had the issue for 6 yes before when I had @ATT but they were slow as hell — upgrading the speeds decreased the reliability and uptime! I don’t like either of my red and green pills, need orange!

@backlon @reckless Total lack of competition. When Google Fiber rolled into Austin, TWC went from 100mbps down to 700down in 4 years. AT&T Fiber 1gig symmetric. Same price.

@MelissaIwanski @AustinChronicle Hang in there! I did everything to get their attention...email, a million calls for days. I finally got a call from TWC,turns out they had questions otherwise they were going to pull the plug. They didn't. But the job search log is real.Comply. All of this/ better than nothin'.🙏

Hey @Ask_Spectrum - maybe instead of just setting up calls to tell me my internet is back up on a timer, do it when it’s actually up. It’s been down for four days and I’ve received two calls saying it’s fixed. And it’s not. Updating your website once a day is unacceptable.

@cavemanjim @Ask_Spectrum Call customer service, have them come out and test, they'll likely determine SNR in line to house is too high, they can trace it back and replace where it's letting water in

@Ask_Spectrum just informed that I won’t have Wi-Fi for 150 days due to permits. I’m bundled with a cell and streaming service how does this change billing and length of deal? Am I expected to pay for service I don’t have ? Do I still get discounts for cell service?

Reps from @GetSpectrum show up in my grandfather’s elderly community, falsely sign docs, give him internet, take away is phone # he’s had for 40+ years. Now he has no phone, no one can contact him and Spectrum can’t help me!
