@ATT Apparently Brandon Agostini in the mobility team did not want to help a customer of 10 years with a billing issue today. Suggested solution after an hour on the phone was to charge me more to move to a new plan. Awesome.

Seriously @ATTCares - the very nice support person told me the service bulletin on the SMS problem with android says " "This will be corrected with a future software update, no current ETA. The current workaround is to have mobile data turned on." That's unacceptable.

@ATT Okay. Now wire my condo complex with this. I can only get DSL, which tops out at 100 down, 20 up. I'd have gigabit from y'all if it was available. It isn't, so I'm using Spectrum.

Never ever sign up for @ATT combined billing… actually just never sign up for anything with @ATT at all - they say they are a technology company, but can’t seem to figure out combined billing..

@VegasVIII @SneedTech @ATT I was thinking about switching to ether Verizon or AT&T postpaid at one time but that ended once they forced 36 month payment plans without the option to still do a 24 month payment plan. By the time you reach 36 months your phone is going to be on life support and lose value.

@dissectmarkets @ATT Hell no. They would be dumb to do that. They need to pay down debt and buyback shares. Shareholder dilution will destroy any chance at longterm capital appreciation and with how much debt they are straddled with it would be even worse to raise *** payments.

I called att and canceled the service gave five stars to the agent as she helped me cancel the line now I am seeing a line is active in my account @att sucks in customer service
