“I’m a music producer/dj out of South Dakota, and got the opportunity to play a show at Local Nakamal. I didn’t know what to expect, I had never visited Wyoming before! I can happily say that I was treated with the utmost kindness and respect!The atmosphere is awesome, I haven’t experienced anything like it in my travels thus far!Staff is very kind, and very knowledgeable. I hope to be back again soon!”

“Absolutely loved the names of all the sandwiches. We ended up splitting a Knucklehead (pepperoni, ham, salami) and could customize the toppings as we liked. We really should’ve each gotten our own sandwiches! The lovely staff let us sample some of the sauces and buy bottles of them too.”

Ice cream! We stopped and had a hand dipped, hand made waffle cone Full of hand made, 15 hands flavored ice cream!! This is the BEST ice cream we’ve ever had! (Sorry Tillamook) so creamy and full of flavor! The cone held up for 30 minutes!! The owner is super nice, friendly and great to talk to! Not only did we have the best ice cream, but great company and conversation!

“We came through Sheridan on a family vacation that was a Wish trip for our terminally ill, 17 yr old son. Shannon was our server and what a blessing he was! He was attentive and talkative and a truly caring soul. When he discovered that we had just been to Mount Rushmore, he showed us his watch from there, that he had for many years....when he realized the reason for our trip, he gave his watch to our son. I wasn't the only one holding back tears. An unforgettable experience and we are so grateful for the memory. Plus, the food was perfect! Thank you for becoming part of our story and journey.”

“We had a chance to experience the new Open Range bar & grill at the Historic Sheridan Inn. It was the best ribeye I’ve had in a long time. The shrimp cocktail was the best we’ve EVERY had. Sides we huge and the dessert of raspberry vanilla crème brûlée was top notch. The service was exactly what you would expect for this level of restaurant. Server was awesome and the Chef actually brought our food and cleared our main course to make sure it was to our liking. We will definitely be back on our next trip to the Rocky Mountain leather trade show.”

“Omg what an amazing little hidden gem! I wish this was closer to my home. If i get back to Sheridan again I'm coming here! I mean obviously the wine tasting set up is genius and a great deal to try before you buy. The selection is on point for sure and constantly updated with new items. The staff was fabulous and friendly. The selection at the liquor store was off the charts! But seriously i have to tell you the absolute deal clincher for me was the food here. The pizzas were freaking delicious and paired SO good with the wines. Grapes on a flatbread, who knew that could be so good. It was heavenly. ???????”

“We ate here Friday to celebrate the last day of school . The hibachi chef (Yogi) was absolutely amazing , wonderful, entertaining, and so awesome with the kids ! “Don't let the gas station fool you there is Chicken inside these walls. Lol I would say that the best time to get your chicken fix on would be early in the day. We went in in the early afternoon and got OKAY product but I'm sure at least hoping this was not the best they had to offer. Chicken seemed dried out and yes they served lives and gizzards but the gizzards seemed chewy and dry. Not the best so I'm thinking if you got them when they first made them they'd be better. Differently worth checking out though.”

“today they donated 100% of their sales to a fallen officer's wife. Sheridan stepped up and the line wrapped around the block the entire day. dairy queen did a wonderful job keeping up, food , service was wonderful, they are wonderful for doing what they did. we had lunch, afternoon blizzards and dinner. even waiting in line for over an hour was o.k. thank you dairy queen and Sheridan.”

“Been to a few different Qdoba’s since I left Sheridan and none of them compare to this one. Seems like this location is as fresh and flavorful as it gets. “I was in town for a couple of days and ate at the Pony Grill and Bar two days in a row. Let me just say they have an awesome menu and there's so much more I want to try. Such a good selection of food. I tried two different items on the menu and it was very delicious. I will definitely be back!”

“We usually frequent Frackleton's about once or twice a month and are very happy with the service and atmosphere. Servers are very friendly and attentive. Love their salads and drinks. We are trying to explore the menu under the new ownership, but it's been a little hit and miss lately. As for the miss, last night my husband ordered the Creamy Cajun Penne and added shrimp. He won't order it again as it was all pasta and only three pieces of shrimp. The star of last night's dinner was my mom's asian ginger ahi salad. She shared a bite and it really was delicious. I'll get that next time. All in all, it's still our favorite place in Sheridan to have a nice dinner and some drinks. We love the Frackleton's New Fashioned and the Key Lime Martini. Wine selection is great too.”
